10- The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader
I sooo wanted this movie to be better but i was left feeling cheated a bit, not sure why! it was faithful to the book and all, but it just felt rushed, i still liked it tho and it ends up at 10 thanks to Reepicheep!
09- Shutter Island
I love movies like this one that make you think, with all the little details that draw you in and make you have to actually pay attention to get the most out of them, great atmosphere and acting
08- The Book of Eli
I recommend you watch this one twice keeping an eye out the second time to fully appreciate the subtlety of Denzel Washington's performance. I'm not normally one for religious movies that try to preach to you but this one at least lets you make up your own mind as to whats going on....sorta
07- The Social Network
This movie totally surprised me, like most people I think. I was expecting a pretty boring documentary about how some guy became far more successful, rich and happy then me, but it was actually not to bad, funny bits and sad bits and left you reassured the money isn't everything!
06- How to Train Your Dragon
Another movie that surprised me, with outstanding visuals and a great story. a must see for anyone.
05- Scott Pilgrim vs The World
An almost perfect movie to explain how my mind works! Original and great music, great effects and a crazy and fast plot make this the sort of movie you either love or hate, an like most...i love it!
04- Tron: Legacy
I only got to see this the other week and really want to see it again, if film makers can keep producing flicks with this level of visual quality I think people may start to call 3D more then just a fad!
03- Kick-Ass
I watched this movie at least 100 times this year! amazing, cant wait for the next one!
02- Inception
One of the most talked about movies of the year and for good reason. I cant think of a single negative thing about it, I mean...it even has Michael Caine in it..
01- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: part 1
If you know me this wont be a surprise, the film-makers redeemed themselves after the craziness of THBP by actually getting it all right this time! no extra bits and no missing out the quidditch world cup like omissions! Although they did miss out my favourite line from the book! "Accio Hagrid!" Roll on part 2
